Terms of Service

CarRadar (carradar.si) is operated by Blaž Markelj. Contact: info@carradar.si. The service is currently run by an individual until a legal entity is registered; we will update these terms accordingly when that happens.

CarRadar automatically monitors public car listings (currently on avto.net) and emails you when a listing matches your filters. We are a search tool — we are not involved in vehicle purchases and we are not a car dealer.

You need a valid email and password. You are responsible for account security. One person per account — sharing access is not allowed unless we agree otherwise.

CarRadar offers free and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited). Paid plans are purchased via Whop. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Billing follows Whop's terms and your chosen plan.

You can cancel a paid subscription via Whop or in the dashboard (plan section). After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then you move to the free plan with its limits.

We strive for accurate, timely alerts but do not guarantee every listing will be captured or still available when you receive a notification. Listings come from third-party public sources — we are not responsible for their content, prices, or availability.

CarRadar is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost opportunities, buying an unsuitable vehicle, or other consequences of using the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months (or €0 if you use the free plan).

You may delete your account anytime via info@carradar.si. We may suspend or delete accounts for abuse (e.g. spam, hacking, automated API abuse, sharing access against these terms).

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.
